Jane has been training clients in the fitness industry for ten years. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Understanding each person as a unique individual and helping them to set and achieve realistic goals are two of her components for success.

Having personally discovered the amazing physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga practice, Jane decided to pass the goodness on. She has been teaching yoga for four years and is certified through the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago. She stresses proper form and alignment in both training and yoga instruction, to achieve the most efficient results safely.

She believes in teaching young people the importance of healthy eating and a healthy active lifestyle as she has done with her son and daughter who are in their teens. One of Jane’s goals is to deepen her meditation practice and continue to formally study yoga and meditation.
