Jennifer Rokusek

Jennifer is a graduate of the Fitness Instructor Training Program at McHenry County College. She also holds a personal certification through the National Acadamy of Sports Medicine. Prior to becoming involved in the field of fitness she graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in finance.

Jennifer has resided in Crystal Lake for most of her life and is very involved in her church, her children's school and the community. Fitness has always been a top priority in her life. She is dedicated to helping others get the most out of life and she lives by the following words: "It is not the years in your life but the life in your years." Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors and loves waterskiing, swimming, and hiking.
