Our Fitness Team

Our comprehensive evaluation programs are cutting edge, with designs based on assessments of your detailed health history, daily lifestyle, occupation, recreation, and physical condition. Our smarter “team approach” establishes guaranteed results through an efficiently close relationship between trainer and client, and ultimately between the Destination Fitness Team and each client.

Our Wellness Support Staff

We realize that exercise is not enough to produce optimal health. Whole health has many aspects, including exercise, nutrition, keeping your body in proper alignment, and coaching to keep your mind and soul on track. Our Wellness Support Staff can help you put your body back in balance, nutritionally, medically, and with life coaching.
