Alfredo Alvarez

Alfredo Alvarez has one goal in life, to help his clients learn to take control of their own health and physical well being through exercise and nutrition. Alfredo realizes that to some individuals the thought of exercise just does not seem fun. Alfredo enjoys the challenge of creating a program designed specifically for each client that is fun, creative and effective. Exercise is the best gift you can give to your body. It will help you live a longer, more productive and healthier life.

Alfredo was born in Cuba and raised in Florida and has been involved in fitness for many years. He holds his certification through the National Federation of Personal Trainers. Not only is Alfredo a Certified Personal Trainer but is also just two months shy of receiving his degree as a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. Alfredo will graduate from the Chicago School of Massage in September of 2008. Not only is Alfredo a Certified Personal Trainer but he is also a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, who graduated from the Chicago School of Massage in January of 2009. With Alfredo, you have the best of both worlds!

Alfredo, his wife and son live in the Northern Suburbs. Alfredo offers massage therapy in Pingree Grove, Lake in the Hills, Huntley, Algonquin, Sycamore, and Elgin.
