Carrie MacDonald
Carrie discovered her passion for fitness during her teenage years. While running, Carrie realized how exhilarating it felt to her mind, body, and spirit. That passion led her to a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology from Southern Illinois University.
Carrie has been a fitness instructor for over 15 years and has taught classes such as spin, kick boxing, step, floor aerobics, AFAA Certified in Group Fitness, one-on-one core, Yoga Fit, Pilates and strength training in health clubs, corporate centers, and in-home. She has always enjoyed one-on-one contact with clients and loves to see people achieve their goals. Carrie loves a challenging workout and believes in providing the same to others.
Carrie has a wonderful, caring way of working with her clients to reach their goals. She enjoys running, biking, strength training, and picnic hikes with her husband and two daughters.
